With competitive standings now a thing of the past, 2015 interim was another success, however with two of the trio with kids, the "kicking on" of previous chilli nights was tempered by exhaustion and a 11pm pulling up of stumps.

Extreme chilli, amazing citrus flavours and fresh barramundi made for the perfect starter.

Main: Chilli vodka seafood pasta (Bryce)
Beautifully balanced chilli, fresh seafood and an amazing sauce made for a classic chilli night meal

Dessert: Cherry Pickin': Chilli cherry granita with coconut sorbet and cherry ripe (Tim)[RECIPE]
Low on chilli, but high on taste. A thermomix triumph.
