We're back in a post-covid world, so although Bryce still masked up (until the food begain) due to the quick dash to Queensland, the world is back on track.

Cuisine:
Roasted whole cauliflower with fermented chilli butter (Tim)
One of the all-time best chilli night dishes. Deliciously cooked cauliflower and hot chilli butter complemented each other perfectly.

 

Insane-o brisket mole with homemade custard cornbread (Bryce)
Delicious, hot chilli beef. Cornbread wasn't as intended, but was a delicious sweet addition to the savoury mole. 

 

Chilli vodka raspberry jelly with chocolate chilli truffles, rosewater cream and chilli gin chaser (Stephen)
Another all-time chilli night favourite. Jelly made with real rasperries and chilli was spectacular with the rosewater cream and truffles a triumph. Helpings too large, but flavours next level.
