Year two of the pandemic, but luckily able to travel between lockdowns, so grabbing the opportunity in October while it was on offer was a welcome break for us all. 

After a dodgy virtual chilli night cuisine, tonight's efforts rescued our pride, notching up one of the most delicious episodes yet.

Cuisine:
Chilli Dogs with chilli lime sauce (Stephen)
Hot dogs done fancy. Deeply spicy chilli with ground beef and spices plus a chilli and lime cream sauce. 

 

Beef Massaman Curry (Tim)
Delicious, hearty and flavoursome massaman. 

 

Chilli Mango Cheesecake with Raspberry Sauce (Bryce)
A delicious finish to the night.
