With Tim's impending move to Newcastle it was decided to take the opportunity for a chilli night in case the rest of the year got away from us.

Cuisine:
Chilli & garlic baked brie cobb (Bryce)
Gooey brie infused with fresh chilli and a crunchy dipping bread was the perfect start to the meal. 

Chilli and honey marinated kangaroo with duck fat potatoes and greens (Stephen)
Rare cooked kangaroo served with two choices of sauce - Cobra Chilli Bubblegum Ultra Hot or Cobra Chilli White Magic medium heat BBQ Sauce. 

Grilled sticky mango with chilli, candied macadamias and Glenfiddich Project XX single malt chaser (Tim)
Delicious mango basted in soy and miso topped off with candied macadamias. The scotch was the perfect accompaniment to end the meal.
