Venue: Stephen's place @ Gordon Park & Bryce's place in Adelaide (Zoom Meeting)
2020 sucked so it was decided that a virtual chilli night was required to debrief and have some time for a chilli style reconnection.

Cuisine:
Penang chicken curry with caramelised pumpkin and Thai basil (Tim)
Curry paste created in advance and provided for remote use in Adelaide. Mild to medium chilli and delicious flavour. Served with rice.
Home-made chilli sauce with 500g t-bone and mash (Stephen)
Chilli sauce created with habeneros and red chilli marinated for a week with spices before shipping to Adelaide. Citrus and pepper flavours with a serious kick. T-bone slightly over but delicious. Mash to butter ratio very liberal.
Vanilla lime ice cream with grated chilli lime dark chocolate, caremelized chilli lime white chocolate soil and fresh strawberries and blueberries
A delicious dessert to finish the night.
