The tradition is back on track (albeit a month late) with some amazing chilli dishes, both traditional and non-traditional.

Cuisine:
Spicy Kangaroo with Chilli Chocolate Sauce and a side of spinach (Bryce)

A delicious starter with the right amount of chilli in the beautiful sauce. Kangaroo slightly over but delicious.

 

Steak Kings t-bone marinated in chilli with chilli mango salad (Stephen)
Meat to die for with a great salad. Nothing more to say. 

 

Grilled Pineapple with Chilli Syrup and Ice Wine (Tim)
A delicious dessert with great pineapple and an amazing chilli sauce. Meringues were also crumbled and a highlight of the dish.
